Year-round pet waste solutions for Castle Rock homes, HOAs, and shared spaces
Castle Rock is a dog town. Between the trails at Philip S. Miller Park, the climb up to the Rock itself, and backyards that open onto scrub oak and open space, dogs here spend a lot of time outside, and so does what they leave behind. Poopless Yards provides dog waste management built around Castle Rock living: consistent removal on a set schedule, sanitized equipment, and a plan that keeps working through spring mud, summer storms, and Palmer Divide snow.
We're locally owned and operated, not a franchise. With more than 110,000 visits completed and over 3,000,000 piles cleaned up across the South Metro Denver area, we know what it takes to keep a backyard, a common area, or a neighborhood park clean week after week.
What Dog Waste Management Really Means
A one-time cleanup fixes today's problem. Dog waste management keeps the problem from coming back. Pet waste left on the ground doesn't simply break down and disappear, it can carry bacteria and parasites, draw flies once the weather warms, and wash toward storm drains and creeks when rain or snowmelt moves across a yard.
Our Three-Part Approach
Our approach combines three things: a regular schedule so waste never piles up, a scooping grid method so nothing gets missed, and a triple sanitation process for our tools so nothing travels from one property to the next.
Residential Dog Waste Management
What We Clean on Every Visit
For Castle Rock homeowners, we offer weekly, bi-weekly, and twice-weekly visits (twice-weekly is not available in every area), all year long. On each visit, our tech walks your space twice and clears every area your dog can reach:
- Lawns, native grass, and dirt patches
- Rock beds, mulch, and xeriscape areas
- Artificial turf
- Patios, decks, and walkways
- Garden beds and foliage
A separate clean rake is used in every yard, and every visit ends with a photo of your closed, secured gate. You don't need to be home, and friendly dogs are welcome to stay outside while we work.
Commercial Dog Waste Management in Castle Rock
Shared spaces need a system, not a volunteer with a roll of bags. Since 2016, we've provided commercial scooping for HOAs, recreation districts, town and neighborhood parks, dog parks, running trails, office buildings, and more. For Castle Rock properties, we offer:
Pooper Scooper Service
Scheduled scooping for common areas, pocket parks, greenbelts, and trail corridors.
Pet Waste Station Maintenance
Emptying bins, restocking bags, and keeping stations clean.
Pet Waste Station Installation and Repair
New stations where they are needed most, plus repairs to existing ones.
Odor Control Enzyme Treatment
Targeted treatment for high-traffic dog areas where smells linger.
Trash Cleanup Service
Light trash pickup alongside scooping visits.
We supply all equipment, and services can be used individually or mixed and matched. Every commercial property is different, so pricing is based on property size, visit frequency, and the services you choose. It all starts with a free on-site evaluation.
How Our Dog Waste Management Service Works
- Enroll. Residential clients set up a profile online, followed by a welcome call to review payment options, visit timing, your dogs' personalities, and yard access. Commercial clients start with a free on-site evaluation.
- Plan. We look at your property's size, terrain, and number of dogs, and set up any safety measures needed for dog doors or dogs that don't love visitors.
- Schedule. Your service day is assigned based on your location and chosen frequency, so you get a steady, predictable rhythm.
- Clean. Our grid method ensures we visualize the entire space twice, and tools go through a three-step disinfection process between properties.
- Dispose. All waste is removed from your property and handled according to strict disposal guidelines.
- Support. Reach us by phone, text, or email anytime, and get an email whenever a visit is postponed or changed.
Built for Castle Rock Conditions
Winter Snow Service
Castle Rock sits higher than Denver and tends to catch more snow, so we plan for it. We work all winter, but if 1 inch or more of snow falls the day before or on your service day, we'll postpone and email you. If the snow sticks around, we pick back up on your next scheduled visit. And when the spring thaw uncovers a winter's worth of mess, we're ready.
Open-Space, Rock, and Native-Grass Lots
Many Castle Rock lots mix native grasses, rock, and scrub oak, and back up to open space. Our techs check every dog-accessible zone, not just the obvious stretch of lawn.
