Questions? We Have The Answers
Yes, we provide weekly services all year.
No you do not need to be home. We provide our services during normal working hours and most customers are not home during the day.
To access the yard, we can enter through the garage; however, we are unable to enter through the house.
Not a problem, many customers lock their gates. If you currently lock your gate with a key accessible padlock we will provide you with a new padlock that uses a 4 digit code. The lock is free, and yours to keep. You can choose any 4 digit code you would like to use so we can access the yard and lock the gate after your visit. We do not carry gate keys so a code lock is the best option to keep your yard secure.
Yes, your dogs can use the yard normally on service days as long as they are friendly. We love to see the dogs and create a bond with them overtime.
We have special safety procedures for any homes that have an aggressive dog. Each procedure is different based on whether or not your home has a dog door. If you have aggressive dogs we will provide you will all that information at the time of service setup.
You are welcome to skip visits anytime your dogs are not home for vacation or other instances.
Anytime a new dog is in the yard we ask that you inform us of this change in case the visiting dogs do not react to us friendly. We will not charge you extra for visiting dogs unless they are using the yard for more than 2 weeks.
